Obviously there is something charming about Venice.
Yes it is old, ruined and crowded.
And I did see more enchanting places in Italy.
But Venice is Venice.
And thing that makes it so special - is Canal Grande.
With its bridges.
And oher little canals that make that labyrinth of the city we today know as Venice.
The weather served me well that late April day.
And Venice was not so packed near Santa Maria della Salute as it was around St. Marks piazza and Rialto bridge.
Charming.
When you ignore the crowd.
